My name is Kelley! I’m a former Marine and Law Enforcement Officer who also had the privilege to train a few of them in my day as well! I taught various law enforcement related topics, to include firearms, undercover tactics, and now offer personal training. 

In 2019, my life changed when I came close to losing it all in a motorcycle accident. If not for my devotion to fitness, I would not be here today. My recovery taught me so much about personal struggle and finding strength and success in a new version of myself.  I learned a few things on the way and I know what it’s like to want to give up! That’s where I come in! I’ll help you start your own personal journey and be a partner you can depend to reach your goals!

Mental and physical health were instilled in me from a very young age. Being a previous watersports world champion and national champion in two different countries has made me extremely passionate about the physical well-being of others. My personal mantra is "if you're not having fun it’s not worth doing."

After being diagnosed with osteoporosis and arthritis at the age of 40, Diana, a once active and fitness enthusiast, lost all motivation to work out as exercising and what she though was a healthy diet was aggravating inflammation and pain. She sought out specific medical treatment but couldn’t find anything that resonated or anyone who understood what she was going through. After being also diagnosed with fibromyalgia and finally finding the right medical care, she decided to embark in a new journey.

Diana is an NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach. She is also a National Diabetes Prevention Program lifestyle Coach and ACSM Health Coach who works with clients that want to improve their overall health and wellness. Her mission is to help people feel strong, healthy, confident, and, most of all, happy

When she’s not in the gym, hiking, running, or enjoying the beach, she’s spending time with her loved ones, listening to live music, or experimenting with new recipes. Her goal is to help clients through the ups and downs, emotions, and limitations that their body and mind go through when struggling with medical conditions, weight and sticking with new workout routines. Diana seeks to help others create a lifestyle that’s sustainable and fulfilling, whether that’s through a combination of Nutrition, strength training, cardio or whatever’s calling to you on any given day. She knows variety is the spice of life—both in and out of the gym.
